TECHNIKI APOPSI is a construction and civil engineering company dealing with Design, Licensing, Construction, Equipment Supply, Real Estate Services and Property Management.
Founded in 2003 by Mechanical Engineers Petros Petrou and Dimitris Tsiggelidis.
TECHNIKI APOPSI is staffed with highly qualified, experienced engineers, designers, decorators and technicians.
TECHNIKI APOPSI also holds a contractor of public works diploma.|
The company has a Certification according to the new standards:

• Occupational Safety and Health : ISO 45001/2018
• Information Security : ISO 27001/2022
• Environmental Management: ISO 14001/2015
The company is harmonized with the Regulation on Protection Personal Data (GDPR).

The Policy of TECHNIKI APOPSI is based on Management’s commitment to ensuring the Health and Safety of its employees and partners, as well as respecting and protecting the Environment.

The Company’s approach regarding Quality and Environmental Management is expressed through its Integrated Management System (IMS), which provides the framework for the continuous improvement of both the services offered by the Company and its environmental footprint. The main objective in achieving the above is the satisfaction of the requirements and expectations of the Company’s identified interested parties, along with the continuous improvement of its environmental performance.

The core principles, as expressed through the procedures of the Company’s Integrated Management System, are:

The Integrated Management System Manager is responsible for supervising, maintaining and developing the Integrated Management System.

HEALTH POLICY & SECURITY IN WORK

The Management of TECHNIKI APOPSI is committed to taking all necessary actions required to prevent accidents and improve occupational health and safety conditions, ensuring the protection of the life and health of employees, including suppliers, subcontractors and visitors to the Company’s premises. At the same time, the Company continuously monitors and evaluates every technological, regulatory, legislative and operational development that may require changes or positively affect Occupational Health & Safety, implementing every feasible measure accordingly.

The Management of TECHNIKI APOPSI has established a specific framework for carrying out its operational activities, including defined procedures, protocols, policies and work instructions.

In order to achieve the above objectives, TECHNIKI APOPSI is committed to the following:

  • • Elimination of hazards associated with identified risks and prevention of workplace accidents through the implementation of all feasible preventive measures and means, ensuring the protection of employees and facilities

The primary objective of the Integrated Management System (IMS) of TECHNIKI APOPSI is to establish a solid foundation for information security, while consistently striving to satisfy the needs and expectations of its clients to the greatest possible extent.

To achieve the above, Management continuously supports and implements the fundamental principles and rules governing the Company’s IMS, establishing measurable objectives for information security, based on the committed and constructive cooperation of both its employees and partners.

The core principles, as expressed through the Company’s IMS procedures, are:

  • • Recognition of customer requirements and their associated needs
